The Umma Journal of Contemporary Literature and Creative Arts does not charge authors any fees for the submission, processing, or publication of manuscripts. Likewise, the journal does not require subscription fees for access. All content is made available to promote the free exchange of knowledge in literature and the creative arts, particularly within African contexts.
